Intended Audience:
Helping professionals – dietitians, nurses, social workers, psychotherapists, and other complementary practitioners
Program Summary:
A unique opportunity for helping professionals to participate in the process of self-exploration and personal growth as a way to become more self-aware, insightful, resourceful, and resilient. Basic to this approach is the firm belief that the more we as helping professionals nurture this process in ourselves, the more we can bring to the service of others.
