Life Process Transformation™ is a safe and gentle process of self-exploration
and personal development that is offered in one-on-one sessions.
Life Process Transformation™ is a simple healing approach, accessible to all, which focuses on helping clients develop their higher potential as they take deeper responsibility for their life, regardless of their presenting concerns. This program traditionally uses the LPT™ Workbook as a resource; however, practitioners may modify the content to suit their own practices and the needs of their clients.
At the heart of LPT™ is the belief that each of us possesses an inner core of goodness, wisdom, and strength. When we honor that inner core—what some might call our ‘spiritual self’—we stay on track. When we lose that inner connection, signs and symptoms appear, telling us we are off track. These signs are different for each of us. For some it may be an eating disorder, anxiety and panic attacks, burn-out, addiction, or depression. For others, it may be profound despair and apathy, or a sense of unworthiness.
LPT™ is a gentle approach to healing and personal growth. It leads you back to the basics of what it means to be fully human, while empowering you to be all you can be. The process of opening your awareness and healing is guided in a safe and supportive manner by an authorized practitioner.
The cornerstone of the LPT™practice is the commitment to the use of Quiet Time. It is our belief that healing comes through in silence.
